By booking or using our chauffeur & tour services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

Reservations & Payment

• All reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit.
• Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include GST, airport fees, and credit card processing fees, unless stated otherwise.
• We accept major debit and credit cards as well as bank transfers.

Cancellations, Refunds & Schedule Changes

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service qualify for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours, including same-day cancellations or changes due to flight delays or schedule adjustments, are non-refundable.
• Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Waiting Time & Additional Charges

Airport Transfers

• Domestic arrivals: 30 minutes complimentary
• International arrivals: 50 minutes complimentary
• Additional waiting time: $50 per 30 minutes

Local Tours & Point-to-Point Services

• 15 minutes complimentary waiting time
• Thereafter: $50 per 30 minutes

Service Limitations & Liability

Lake Louise Local Tour Inc is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Any liability is limited to rescheduling the service at a mutually agreed time, subject to availability.

Vehicle Care, Damage & Cleaning

• Vehicles must be treated with care and respect at all times.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if the vehicle is returned in unsatisfactory condition.
• Bodily fluid cleanup: $300–$1,000, depending on severity and downtime.
• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited and may result in a $1,000 fee and immediate termination of service without refund.

Client Conduct & Prohibited Activities

For the comfort and safety of all guests:

• Illegal drug use, alcohol misuse, unsafe behavior, and standing through the sunroof are prohibited.
• Any fines or penalties incurred are the sole responsibility of the client.
• The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate service immediately without refund for inappropriate or unsafe conduct.

National Park Entry (Banff National Park)

• Clients must present a valid National Park Pass for inbound services.
• If required, a commercial park pass may be issued and billed at $15 per person.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Alberta.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
