OUR STORY

My name is Mr. G (Gautam Shah) & Wife Olha Cherchel and I’m pleased to personally introduce “Lake Louise Tour & Travel Inc.” a family-owned, Canadian-owned, and locally operated company based in the heart of Lake Louise.

Before starting this company, I spent over a decade living and working in England, followed by four years working and traveling extensively across Europe, visiting more than 20 countries and I was a full time traveller with 50k followers on my personal Instagram profile annindianabroad. Those experiences shaped my understanding of quality service, guest expectations, the importance of reliable local services, trust, value for money and travelling purpose.

In 2022, I joined the Post Hotel & Spa in Lake Louise as a Front Desk Supervisor. While working closely with guests, I consistently saw a major challenge, limited availability of taxis, no Uber service, and very expensive or unreliable airport transfers. Guests were often stressed and expressed this concern.

Seeing this clear gap, and with a passion for hospitality and travel, “Lake Louise Tour & Travel Inc.” was founded in 2023. Since then, we have been growing every year, focusing on dependable service, fair pricing, and genuine local care for every guest.
