Mr.G was very accommodating, you can truly feel he loves what he does. He’s vehicle smells amazing and he drives carefully. He go above and beyond, we felt like we have a professional photographer with us! He knows the perfect spot to take pictures with and put effort on it! Mr.G is great driver and great local knowledge. We booked a transfer from Banff to Cranbrook BC. Got the affordable quotation as compared to other companies quoted. Car was luxury and clean amenities on board and slot of stories and laugh. Got a change to see some wildlife on our way great views. Definitely will book again with Mr.G 200% recommend top knock.

Mr. G is an excellent driver and very thoughtful. Great communication the day before. On time. The price was very reasonable. It was a 2 hour trip from Calgary and then back 4 days later. The vehicle we had was plenty spacious, comfortable and clean. There were 3 of us with ski gear.

Mr.G the local make my family trip to lake louise most memorable. We booked Banff & Emerald Lake day tour with Mr.G he showed us more hidden gems and very flexible with stops and request to accommodate. car was super clean and luxury, we got hot chocolate and cookies on board during our tour. We only had one day to see all of Banff and do some hiking so we hired The Park Transfers to take us around. Mr. G was very professional and the car ride was excellent. We saw all of the highlights and he customized the tour to our requests so we spent more time in the places we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the area and it was a pleasure not to worry about driving or parking at the sites which can be very challenging. I very highly recommend the Park Transfers services.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! I booked an airport pickup and later a full-day Banff tour with Mr. G’s team, and everything was seamless. It was the pickup service at Calgary airport for my mum from Korea. It was her first time to Canada and I wanted to make sure trip to lake Louise was safe and smooth. I requested the sign for my mum and it was helpful for her to find the driver. It was a pleasant driving for my mum, he provided her with a local burger for her as well. Appreciate the service!
